Our Process and What to Expect
Once you sign the Authorization to Proceed form, you are automatically added to our project schedule. One of our designers or project managers will reach out to you to discuss your project and upcoming schedule.
The following selection information is required:
Wood species
Stain and/or paint color
Cabinet style and door style
Drawer box style
Handles and/or knobs (we will need your selections a minimum of 3 weeks prior to installation)
Components/accessories such as roll out shelves, trash roll out, spice insert, utensil organizer, knife holder, corbels, etc.
Stone/quartz color and edge profile
Appliance and sink specs, if applicable
After the preliminary design and selections are complete, one of our project managers will schedule a field measure, draw your cabinetry in our 3-dimensional CAD software and answer any questions you have.
CAD drawings will be emailed to you via Adobe Sign for your approval. The first set of drawings and 1 set of revisions are included in your pricing. If additional revisions are needed, the cost will be $85/hour.
After you approve the drawings, our estimators will use the final drawings to update the pricing, if necessary and send you the contract via Adobe Sign for your approval.
Payment schedule is as follows:
Down payment of 1/2 of the contract is due before we cut your cabinets (typically paid when field measure is done).
Remaining 1/2 is due upon delivery/installation of cabinets.
If stone/quartz tops are included in your project, you will receive the invoice for the counter tops after they are installed.
Depending on the size of your project, after drawings are approved, a typical 6-12 week construction period can be expected.
